Healthier Coleslaw with Kale

Healthier Coleslaw with Kale recipe is super easy with simple ingredients, and is delicious and healthy. With the help of Kenwood Food Processor, this dish is made in minutes. Try this beautiful dish out and season it the way you like.

  • Ingredients

    • 4 Carrots
    • ½ Red cabbage
    • 1 Red onion
    • 100g Kale, finely chopped
    • 30ml Apple cider vinegar
    • 150ml Light mayonnaise
    • 15ml Honey
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Method

    • Grate the carrots, red cabbage and red onion with the grater attachment of a food processor. Put in a large bowl.

    • Add the chopped kale and stir.

    • In a small bowl mix together the apple cider vinegar, light mayonnaise and honey. Season with some salt and freshly ground black pepper. Pour into the vegetables and stir well.

    • Taste for seasoning and serve.
