This delicious Tomato and Mascarpone Soup is smooth and has a great consistency. It is so aromatic, filling and flavorful with every bite. Follow this recipe and cook a simple, classic dish.
Put the tomatoes, honey, stock, tabasco and Worcestershire sauce in a pot. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Bring to the boil and then reduce to a simmer for about 5 minutes.
Stir in the mascarpone and blend with a hand stick blender or in a blender to a smooth soup.
Add more boiling water if the consistency is too thick.
Return to the pot again and heat until it just comes to the boil and serve.
