1lb / 400g Frozen green peas, lightly steamed and cooled
2 cloves Garlic, sliced
1/2 cup / 25g Fresh coriander / Cilantro or Flat leaf / Italian parsley
2 tbsp Olive oil
Juice and zest of 1 lemon or 2 limes
1 tbsp Fresh mint
½ tbsp Ground cumin
1 tbsp Chili flakes
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Method
Place all the ingredients in a food processor, season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and blend for a minute or until smooth. Then scoop into a bowl.
