Wash your hands before, during and after preparing food.
Wash your hands after you touch uncooked meat or eggs.
Clean utensils and the surfaces on which you cook after each use.
Always wash the cutting board, utensils and the dishes especially if they have been touched by raw meat.
Products that won’t be cooked in the oven or the stove before eating should not be put on the same cutting board as the meat, touched with the same utensils or put in the same dishes. Uncooked meat and eggs should always be separate from all the other ingredients.
Again, remember to use separate utensils, plates and cutting boards for cooked food and raw food.
