Christmassy Shortbread

  • Ingredients

    • 200g plain flour
    • 100g butter
    • 50g sugar

  • 1. Combine your butter and sugar for 2 minutes.

    2. Add flour and knead to form a dough.

    3. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.

    4. Roll out the dough and cut it into desired shapes, I did snowflakes.

    5. Put into a preheated oven at 180 for 8-10 minutes until they are slightly golden around the edges!

    6. Leave to cool.

    7. Decorate with icing or sprinkles or eat on their own with a tall glass of milk!
