Cornflake crunch chocolate brownies

  • Ingredients

    • 340g melted butter
    • 500g caster sugar
    • 4 eggs
    • Splash of vanilla
    • 225g melted milk chocolate
    • 190g plain flour
    • 60g cocoa powder
    • 225g chopped milk chocolate

    Topping

    • 300g melted chocolate
    • 300g cornflakes

  • 1. Mix 340g melted butter with 500g caster sugar.
    2. Add 4 eggs and a splash of vanilla.
    3. Add 225g of melted milk chocolate.
    4. Next, add 190g plain flour and 60g cocoa powder.
    5. Add 225g of chopped milk chocolate.

    Topping
    1. Mix together 300g of butter and 300g of cornflakes and smooth over the brownie box.
    2. Refrigerate for 30 mins and serve.

    - Oven temperature 180 degrees
    - In the oven for 45 minutes
