Messy Pavlova

  • Ingredients

    • 8 egg whites 
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice 
    • 500g caster sugar 
    • 1 tsp vanilla 
    • Whipped cream 
    • Your favourite fruits 

    1. Beat your egg whites until foamy. 
    2. Add your caster sugar a tablespoon at a time on a high speed. 
    3. Add lemon juice and vanilla.
    4. Beat for 6-8 minutes until soft peaks are formed.
    5. Bake at 160 degrees for 30 minutes then turn the oven off and leave for a further 30 minutes.

    Add your whipped cream and favourite fruit topping and serve!
